Bella di bosco
“Bella di Bosco was cultivated mainly in Trentino-Alto Adige since the first decades of the last century but to observe a more widespread diffusion it was necessary to wait until the last post-war period, when it became, in the 50s-60s, one of the apple varieties more cultivated.”
Golden Delicious
“Golden Delicious is an apple with a smooth skin, a slightly elongated shape and a compact consistency. Its scent is sweet and fresh, almost floral, in perfect harmony with its warm yellow color sprinkled with bronze-colored spots; if it grows in the hilly areas, the peel fades to one side in shades of pink. The pulp is crunchy and juicy, the taste is sweet and aromatic, so pleasant that it can be enjoyed at any time! “
Renetta Canada
“Renetta Canada, of ancient French origin, is one of the oldest varieties. It has been present in Europe since the 1600s and it arrived in Val di Non more than two centuries ago. The famous Strudel is prepared with this apple.”
Crimson Crisp
“The organic crimson crisp grown in Italy, with a bright red peel and a firm, crunchy white pulp with a particularly sweet and fragrant flavor. Rich in natural antioxidants, mineral salts and vitamins, it performs important draining, purifying and anti-aging functions”
Renetta
“Renetta apples are perfect allies of your health because they are rich in natural antioxidants: polyphenols. In fact they contain 212 mg per 100 g, more than other apple varieties or many common fruits. If taken in a correct daily dose, thanks to their action of inhibiting free radicals, antioxidants contribute to reduce cellular aging and other degenerative phenomena. “
Royal Gala
“The Trentino’s Apple Royal Gala is a fruit rich in carotene and vitamin A, with bright red color and firm, crunchy and juicy pulp! It has a very sweet and aromatic taste, and is extremely healthy as well as excellent for slimming diets.”
Brina Superior
“Brina is an Italian apple of high and constant productivity, with bright red color, cream-colored fine pulp, medium sweet and acid juicy. It is collected in the second decade of September. “

Evelina Superior
“Evelina has such a surprising taste that seems always freshly picked. This is because the freshness, juiciness and crispness of Evelina’s pulp remain unaltered from the time of harvest until the end of the long period of annual fruit availability. ”

Renoir
“It has an excellent taste, very sweet and aromatic with a balanced acidic component and the “typical” appearance with peel covered with a veiled rusty and diffused on a large part of the surface and rosy facet in the most exposed fruits. “
Dalinette
“This red apple of medium size, has a very firm, crisp and juicy pulp. Very good taste, acidulous and aromatic. Excellent post-harvest preservability.”
Opal
“Opal is a new variety of apple, recognizable by its bright yellow color with orange veins. Main features of this apple are a crunchy texture and a sweet taste, with a high sugar content. “
Florina
“The fruit is of a truncated spherical shape, red in color on 3/4 of the surface, with a yellowish white pulp; the taste is pleasant and the texture of the pulp has proved to be crisp and resistant to handling”
Fuji
“The Fuji apple is the last to be harvested, from mid-October onwards, when the highest peaks of the Trentino Valleys are already whitened by snow. The long period of growth in plants allows it to accumulate a lot of sugars in the fruits that become really exquisite. “
